Knowing Faster Puts You in the Driver’s Seat

Although each situation is bound to be different, a logical first step would probably involve contacting the vendor. Does the supplier already know about the problem? If so, has a recall been issued? If the supplier is unaware of the problem, be sure to present your findings in a digestible format. Sending an unformatted CSV file might not be the best approach.
